Cook: Helps to plan, organize, and direct a program of activities that gives the opportunity for self-development, personal enjoyment and satisfaction for all clients. The Cook is also responsible for the preparation and production of food items, both hot and cold, for meals on the specified shift.
Responsibilities: High school education or equivalency. Prefer advanced Culinary Arts Degree. Minimum of one year restaurant cooking experience. Experience with quantity cooking and modified diet is preferred. Ability to follow safe food-handling practices. EOE and Drugfree Workplace.
